Venetian-Very Nice On
These old houses in Clayton are tough. They were not built with future remodeling in mind. Jaye and Stan were tired of the eyesore that their house had become. Paint was peeling everywhere and they wanted more living space. It wasn’t easy, but they now have a very attractive cottage-style house that has a new custom Kitchen with stained and distressed painted cabinetry, granite tops, a huge island with seating for four, a window seat, and a cool tile floor. The new mudroom and laundry room are bright, and add access to the new stamped concrete terrace and driveway all supported by great looking stone walls. The garage was also enlarged to allow for more storage, and after painting the balance of the exterior, the addition looks to be original. Second time back, we completely gutted two full baths. One up, one down. The downstairs bath, although full, was dressed up to be a powder room with a great little shower. The second floor bath is more utilitarian, but was also done nicely. I’m lucky to have people like Jaye and Stan as clients.
They are so happy with our work, that they are speechless. The testimonial is on its way!
