Rosemont Revival
Being that this was our second project together, I knew what Steve and Janice would be expecting of me, and I understood that the addition needed to be seamless, and that Janice’s artistic talents would come into play. They now have a beautiful new Kitchen and Family room. The Kitchen, although modest in size is designed and detailed to make the most of every square inch of space. Great appliances, granite tops, a raised bar top, a box bay at the Kitchen sink, and a second food prep sink. The Family room has a beamed ceiling, lots of cabinetry, wainscoting around the entire room, a great looking fireplace that is actually the heating system for the addition and a built in booth/dining nook with three refurbished antique stained glass windows. Inside and out, this project was all about the details. That is why it won two awards from the City of Webster Groves for Design and Craftsmanship. I give credit to Steve and Janice for taking the plunge again.
